Oh Hi there. Electoral pacts on a review are anti-democratic. It is best for political parties to draw up their Consitutions and put it to the electorate for consideration. A far more urgent need is for Electoral Reform to put an end to the First past the post system and bring in full proportional representation of political parties into Westminister and the Councils. That is the democratic imperative that the Conservative Libertarians now advocates. It will create a system where small parties gain seats in Parliament and once that happens the Parliamentary democratic system will take over in full flow. You never know the credentials of the Reviewer and have to accept what they say. This does not facilitate truth discovery and knowledge founders. Far better to set up your own website and go Freelance publishing what you want to convey to humanity and let those who are interested in what you are writing find your works.
