The dedication to mind, body and soul in our work for mankind

Colleagues across the world,


On this Saturday morning, when it looks as though one might have enough reason to feel that the dreaded coronavirus pandemic is taking a turn towards resolution with different countries of the world having their own strategies on dealing with the crisis that has lasted a year, some with a cavalier approach towards eradicating the virus from amid their living conditions, others more philosophical that what will be will be (Que sera sera) we are in a non-committal and non-judgmental outlook on how we tackle this as with all other facets to our living on this planet Earth, except to hold on to a balanced approach of reconciling the three aspects of our existence individually and collectively. We categorise these as being the mind, the body and the soul.


Yes, soul, I am afraid without getting into the depths of spirituality and even on the question of the existence of a Creator God, which we believe to be the case, whether of not there has been a Grand Design in Creation all pre-ordained and pre-orchestrated with our futures all mapped out and yet with the clearly existing free will to chart it as we see fit to meet our needs and aspirations as we live to a higher level of mindfulness than other animals that have come before us in the Paleontological Tree of Life.


I have written extensively in my websites on my own ascent up the mountains of the Himalayas towards its summit through what I described as being the North Face of knowledge aquisition, and retreated back down to Earth finding no real lasting 'ananda' or peace of mind at the summit of Mount Everest. The mind is still pondering over what it all means for our futures as human beings. In this regard I had categorised humanity and all Nature into three components, the sattvic minded, the rajasic minded and the tamasic minded and within this forumulation conducted my search for the understanding of who we are ourselves as human beings.
