Dear GRO CaseWork

Since the time I was considering whether to worship God or gods in any shape of form, in faith, bhakti or by actions or deeds, I have concluded that I would have to seek permission of my wife and daughter to enshrine Room D of our humble abode and name it Krishna Niwas instead of Shanti Niwas for they rejected the idea of Shanti Niwas altogether, as unsuitable and delusional. Instead, a Holy place for the worship of Sri Krishna as enunciated by my Conception of Reality with its implications, which I am sure you are aware of in terms of the Allurement of Reality experience of mine written in 7 Volumes https://www.lulu.com/spotlight/the-allurementofrealityofshantanupanigrahi would make it reasonable to allocate Room D then be named as ‘Krishna Niwas’ for discussions with anyone who wishes to engage with me. I am minded to buy myself an IPAD for correspondence purposes or just use my Mobile Phone as I am winding down my desk-top computer work to a standstill as I wrote yesterday to take leave from vyavaharika, to now stay in the paramarthika mode of Reality permanently which would be tantamount to the ‘Samadhi’ state of mind.

I would really like to do this and although I am already doing so to a greater or lesser extent this week unofficially, it would be nice to have it certified in legal terms so that I can keep all my publications, diaries and correspondence Files within that room till I die for my wife has said she is minded to hire a skip and dispose-of the 25 years of raw data into it and I think that would be disastrous for me as then no one would really know what I have gone through during this time; the details are so extensive and written in the minutest detail. So, I am prepared as The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited to pay the Praharaj/Panigrahi household a suitable sum each month for the purpose of using this Room as ‘Krishna Niwas’ with your approval. By copy of this email to my dearly beloved I am bringing this to her attention before I write to the Kent Register Office and submit the Fee of £29 in accordance with your directions.

In case Dr Odesanya is unclear on this issue, I am copying this email for him through Kent and Medway Partnership Trust for our 8 September 2021, 12.15 pm Medical Review appointment, on which my wife and Carer has said to me this morning that she will accompany me to see the Consultant Psychiatrist

Yours sincerely

Dear Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Re: Shanti Niwas, Room D, First Floor, 3 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent

Thank you for your further correspondence, if you wish us to consider an application to have a building or rooms within a building to be certified for religious worship, you will need to make an application via Kent Register Office. Please also arrange to pay the statutory fee of £29.00 to Kent Register Office.

For the application you will need to complete two Form 76, include a floor plan of the building, and provide a full timetable, to include all religious and non-religious activities of the uses and for each room. Please note that the floor plan does not need to be professionally drawn but show all rooms, doors, and stairs. The application will be forwarded from the Kent Register Office to the General Register Office for consideration.
