Appeal Submission to Electoral Commission & Central London Judiciary 29 November 2025

1. On this Saturday morning having seemingly failed to convince the 'State authorities' of the righteousness of my cause I thank you nonetheless for some of the earlier assessments on the basis of which I have resumed inviting people to connect with me with

‘Welcome to our Community of Vishista Adviatists.

I am the Leader of a small as yet band of people who subscribe to the notion of a Universal Cosmic Law under Divine construction in terms of the nuances of the universe.

We call ourselves Vishista Advaitists accordingly to signify that Reality is divinely-qualified and non-dual.

As a political party going through the process of registration with the Electoral Commission of the United Kingdom in accordance with the Constitution as linked here: https://www.knowledgefoundersunited.com/blog/fresh-new-project-proposal-for-global-development so as to try and form a morality-politics based Dharma Rashtra (that Is to say, a nation-society of duties and righteous actions by the individual) for which we are striving for members, simultaneously. This will determine whether we are electable in the democratic arena of party-politics as a party as Conservative Libertarians (Vishista Advaitists) or alternatively as Vishista-advaita Party of United Kingdom; for which we will appoint officials from a Community the details of which are given here:

Please consider your support for our utopian cause: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/membership-of-the-community-of-vishista-advaitists

Should you be interested in getting involved in this process please do not hesitate to contact me.

PS

I was waiting to see if I would hear anything on Friday 28th November 2025 concerning the formal registration of the two parties bearing the name of Vishista Advaita. It had been through the preliminary vetting procedure and got rejected on technicalities rather than anything substantive so that we submitted revised versions of the two parties for consideration of the Electoral Commission. These have yet to be displayed under Current publications of the Commission in its website, which is giving us cause for concern.

It is therefore evident that there is nothing legally preventing us from standing as Members of a registered Party or as independent candidates under this loosely vetted ticket; the preliminary analysis the Electoral Commission having nothing untoward to say as to whether the proposal is lawful or unlawful. It had thus far just opted to keep silent on these re-submissions, including on the fact that our complaint against Commission's discharging of its statutory responsibilities under the complaint ECC-2025-013 is not being processed (to our knowledge).

2. Please advise me if this is acceptable to the Electoral Commission to accommodate our needs as a spiritual organisation.
