Marriage equality in India rejected by the Supreme Court of India: protesters march
The view of the The Conservative Libertarian Society is that marriage equality is a fundamental human right because we humans are all equal in the sight of God who created the universe, such that our biology which is associated with our mental attributes makes us libertarians deciding what is best for an individual. We support the protest march of the Gay Pride movement in India.
