as your ISBN provider we are Title Editors, however we are happy to make changes if you tell us what.
We cannot refund your ISBNs because once an ISBN is used for a book it cannot be used for another but if you prefer we can retract all the publications and you can reupload all of them with your own codes. For this you will have to buy your own ISBNs from nielsen.

I believe I purchased the following ISBN Numbers from Vektor Publishing. They cost me £25 each. Some of the details have been entered by Vektor in the Nielsen Database, if not you can obtain the details from the above link.

Please do whatever is necessary to get this matter sorted. I do not know what the problem with nielsen is, as to why I am being deprived to the Title Editor, unless I am not authorised to do so, and only Vektor Publishing is authorised to do so. What is the problem with you? Why did you not reply to my emails and especially endorsing my 14 Titles as a Vektor Publication, and if they are not endorsed as a Vektor Publicaiton, I should get a refund of my £350 from Vektor Publishing so that I can get my own ISBN Numbers from another source.

Please would you confirm if you purchased this ISBN prefix directly from Nielsen or through Vector Publishing?
I can see on our database that ISBN prefix 978 19142881 is allocated to the publisher Veckor Publishing. ISBNs are non-transferrable and cannot be resold to another publisher.
Unfortunately we cannot do a re-issue for the 20 ISBNs that you have purchased from Vektor Publishing. We will issue a refund on Monday when the ISBN registration manager is back from leave.
Please contact Vektor Publishing directly to resolve this, as according to our system the prefix belongs to Vektor Publishing.
