Dear Charlie Whelton
1. have been a member of Liberty for over 2 years and brought to your Notice that the government and the Judicial and Law Enforcement processes of the United Kingdom are one and the same thing, who terrorise people seeking justice in the Courts and Employment Tribunals as I have done over the past 24 years since the University of Greenwich terrorised me with workplace harassment spurred on by the secretive government agencies and its overseas compatriots to the point that my £55,000 severance payment as redundancy requirements were quashed by the Court of Central London in its Judgment of 21 June 2021 from Judge Lightman and no matter how hard I tried to appeal this Order under the Appellant's Notice (see attached: Appelllant's NoticeCourtofppealOct2021.pdf; AppellantsNoticeCourtofAppeal5Oct2021.docx; and ToSupremeCoourtRegistryccCivilAppealsRegistryccCentralLondCountyCourtJudiciary11Oct2021.docx; the shameless persecuting bastards have taken no action against the 1500 criminal anonymous emailers of VOPA (so-called fictitious organisation Victims of Panigrahi Association) created by M15/M16/COBRA to be harnessed by the State of the United Kingdom to terrorise me since I lodged E35YM660 against the Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom to hold them to Account for manipulating all its legal and charitable institutions like 38 Degrees, Amnesty International, and above all the Police to consign me to al life of destitution in the United Kingdom. The Information Commissioner has now been brought in to terrorise me as you will note from the attached: chat-14_10_2021, 11 08 02(ICO).txt.
2. I am therefore unable to provide any further funds for your important work for the people of this country. Sorry to convey this disappointing news.

In a democratic society people must be able to hold the powerful accountable for their actions. But the Government is attempting to put itself – and all future governments – beyond the reach of the law.
When the state gets things wrong, it’s essential that people can seek justice. That’s why we’re raising £15,000 over on CrowdFunder to stop these plans in their tracks.
Please help us today, with a gift at a level that you’re comfortable with.

Those in power are trying to cut off important avenues of accountability:
In Parliament – the Government is making a habit of sidelining our elected MPs and hiding from scrutiny when making laws, by giving our representatives insufficient time to debate proposals, and even putting hundreds of coronavirus regulations in place with no input from MPs at all.
In the courts – the Government’s Judicial Review and Courts Bill will make it harder for people to challenge unjust laws, policies and public authority decisions in court. And the Government has vowed to 'overhaul' the Human Rights Act.
On the streets – the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill, which has sparked months of ‘Kill the Bill’ demonstrations across the country, is an attack on people’s right to protest. The ability to stand up to power by taking to the streets and making your voice heard is essential to a functioning democracy.
At the ballot box – the Government’s Elections Bill could bring in mandatory voter ID which could strip hundreds of thousands of people of their right to vote.
We’re using every tool at our disposal to keep up the pressure and stop democratic accountability being undermined. We’re facing threats on many fronts, so your donation today will help us make sure we can halt this unwarranted attack on our rights.
Best wishes,
Charlie Whelton
