Dear Solicitors Regulation Authority

The Medway County Court has written to me that there may be a delay of 6-8 weeks before a listing for a Hearing is arranged in Claim J00ME572 to consider the manner in which the State of the United Kingdom has taken it upon itself to perpetrate ethnic cleansing on me and my family in effect for I will never abandon my family come what may. This has been done under the watchful eyes of the International Criminal Court and the United Nations as you will note from the attached communication: ToChiefProsecutor(intCrimCrt)ccDujarricUNOTP-CR-76-22_12ul2022.docx.

The mechanisms for ethnic cleansing were first to incarcerate me in mental hospitals in 2004 and 2008, and then being kept under Mental Health medications for paranoid schizophrenia, persistent delusions and autism as well as Personality Disorder, the variously described psychiatric disorders that the State insists that I suffer from. Then the State tried to make me stateless by various means over the past several years and deprived me of employment and medical facilities. To this day I am waiting for my Urology appointment at Medway Maritime Hospital and the MRI scan that the GP referred me for three years ago.

I have nowhere else to go because the Supreme Court of India deprived me of my birth right Indian passport for all of those 24 years, and I had sought asylum in a dozen other countries directly and through the United Nations High Commission for Refugees to escape a judgement from the Medway County Court that I had abused the process of Court which I had not done, but no amount of protesting would result in due justice for me.

You are my last hope, and I would accordingly be grateful if you would undertake the investigation that Kent Police in conjunction with its BLM Law Firm had continued with the process of ethnic cleansing in false allegation that I had harassed and stalked Katrina Sale and staff of the BLM Law so that the new appointed District Judge has factual basis for making his judgment and awarding me £3.5 million in damages and compensation.

Yours sincerely

Thank you for reporting your concerns to us about solicitors.

We are now taking the time to carefully assess these, and we will also look at the regulatory information we may already hold to decide what we need to do next.

We will respond to you within the next 35-45 working days, sooner if we identify urgent problems that need our immediate response.

If we cannot help with your concerns, we will point you in the right direction.

Are we the right organisation?

We want you to raise your concern with the right people. Sometimes that is us. But other organisations may be best placed to help.

For example, if you have concerns about the professional service you have received from your solicitor, the right organisation to help is the Legal Ombudsman. Unlike us, it has powers to tell your solicitor to put things right, to pay compensation to you or reduce your solicitor’s bill if it finds there has been poor service. More information about the Legal Ombudsman and how to make a complaint can be found at https://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/
