Dear Sir
This email also seems strange and could be a criminal anonymous email from Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) impersonating the Samaritans because I never got a comprehensive reply to my communications to the Samaritans as attached: ToSamaritans4Nov2021.docx.
Yours sincerely

Hi Shantanu,
Thank you for sharing so much with the Samaritans about your state of mind and the constant struggle that you are encountering due to your mental health illness.
You have asked the Samaritans to contact XYLA in order to recruit you on to the programme without waiting for the two weeks indicated in an email that you have received. In order to clarify the Samaritans will do our best in order to try to help with you with your thoughts and feelings but do not have influence over other organisations and are unable to assist with your request to contact XYLA. Are you able to share a little bit more about what is involved with and how you feel about the XYLA programme.
You have mentioned that Dr Ivano has encouraged you to continue with your medication, how do you feel about that? In a previous email we acknowledged that coping strategies can be hard to find - we continue to hope that by talking with us you will be able to find the way through your fear to a point where there is the chance that confidence and hope will return.
Please know that we are here for you and will do our best to help you with your thoughts and feelings.
Jo
