Dear PC Nichols
Thank you for this reassurance on behalf of Kent Police, and I am sorry that I wrote to Katrina Sale to find out who was the orignator of the 27 criminal anonymous emails that she had received for as you might be aware I never have had access to a Solitotor or a barrister and even the Duty Solicitor who you appointed for me during the first interview in early September is not accessible to me so that I had no choice but to do the private investigation myself.
The attached is my record of the days events of Wednesday the 24th of November 2021 Events of 24 November 2021. Kindly go through the details for legal purposes and advise me of any mistakes that I could have made as I prepared the document from my recollection of what took place.
I am sure you have good reasons for continuing to keep our desktop computer and my USB Stick for forensic purposes but would request you to release the seizure of these items together with my old Mobile phone that I had to obtain a replacement for from EE; as soon as practicable.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Good morning sir
I am sorry that this matter is taking so long but it is a complex investigation which I am sure you are aware .
When we spoke in person I informed you that it requires the forensic examination of your devices. I also told you at that time that this may take a substantial time. I have asked that this be expedited as soon as possible so an end to this matter can be reached.
I also informed you at the end of the interview that you were not to contact the victim in this mater as she did not wish this contact. This was said Infront of your appropriate adult. I repeat, Do not contact her for any reason. I will mark the investigation with this email.
I will update you as soon as I am aware of any change in this matter.
Regards
PC 15002 NICHOLS

Dear PC Nichols
My life is in limbo since my arrest by yourself on the 24 of November and the subsequent issue of the attached Notice: NorthKentPoliceReleasewithoutbail.pdf. I have taken the step to enquire is Katrina Sale is planning to issue civil proceeding against me as well from the evidence that you have now accumulated following the retention of our home desktop computer, USB Memory stick from our home; see ToKatrinaSale(Conservatives)2Dec2021. Katrina Sale has not replied to the email.
I have not heard from Challengetrg company to see if I can resume my job at Snodland now. I am also awaiting the result of a job interview with bp at Lenham, near Maidstone.
I am therefore in need of an update on your investigation.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
