The Vice Chancellor
The University of Greenwich
Dear Sirs
I was searching for an email address to send the attached correspondence to concerning the severance payment of £55,000 that I am due from 1998 when my appointment at the Natural Resources Institute was terminated on a Disciplinary Allegation that has still not been resolved legally over the past 24 years, as attached:

ToSupremeCourt(AppealProceedings on E35YM660) of Central London County Court through the Court of Appeal)8Nov2021.docx; and ToSamaritans1Nov2021.docx
Forgive me but this matter is imminent in the immediacy of its urgency so I am having to send it to the Vice Chancellor of the University of Greenwich through you in light of the fact that Archon Solicitors have refused to act as the solicitor firm for the University of Greenwich in this matter.
Yours sincerely

Dear Jo
I will give you the details of my adulthood and when the onset of paranoia came about and how it intensified gradually until it reached a crescendo when I received an email in September 2017 from Dr Sivaji Panesar of New Delhi attached as he was to the High Commission of India London but as part of the External Affairs Ministry of Indian government. Since then, it has been a 16 hours a day constant barrage of emails to contend with for me. But the paranoid feeling that I first detected was when during my struggle at the University of Greenwich when I was being deprived of project funds and my Line Manager Derrick Thomas with another colleague Dr Dannie Romney (female) disappeared from the office on a vital day that I was having to address the Departments call for concept notes in relation to KAWAD project in India and the Darwin Initiative project that I was interested in taking part in. I said to myself 'Hey, why are they not addressing my concerns, am I being racially discriminated against for project funds or is it the case that I did not fit in and was being herded into the block of 100 people that the University was intent on making redundant (40 initially), so I felt a kind of buzz in my mind that these Line Mangers would not back me up to deal with my complaints of being marginalised out of project funds and especially when I attended the interview for Environment Manager with Maggie Gill and Anthony Beattie, the Director of the Institute, and did not get that job. So, when the KAWAD issue arose I fired off a criticism of the manner in which I was being marginalised by sending an email to David Jackson and curiously I saved the three disk files under the titles JACKS1.doc, JACKS2doc AND JACK(ASS3).doc. Simultaneously when I was asked by Maggie Gill to do a desk study of women in resource-poor farming which did not include poultry but only ruminant livestock, I saved the disc file 'COMWOMEN'..doc. When Dr Christopher Wood came back from a trip to India he had brought with him the journal 'India Today' that he presented to me saying that it was for me indicating that the Head of Department had asked him to give it me. These I laughed about but it was a serious matter for these were the details that the Disciplinary Hearing should have heard and I was suspended from work so that I could not contact the colleagues and the Acting Manager Dr Richard Matthewman. On 20 October 1998 I was fired without a hearing that I could attend and without the severance payment of £55,000 for redundancy even after paying Mr Sorrell the solicitor that I hired £1750 in fees.
It was a bitter lesson and I then became very poor, working as a cleaner, warhouseman etc, which added to the paranoia that the State had organised my dismissal from the University and wanted me to find my own way back to India. Instead, I sought asylum for the reason that the Indian government and another 10 or so other countries would have had to examine the full story and seen that my application was legitimate for persecution.
I survived in this country and created a different freelance career from my computer in the house, but the State authorities terrorised me for doing that, especially for saying that I would rather go to a mental hospital for paranoia, not paranoid schizophrenia or persistent delusional disorder or mood instability or depression; for paranoia is a defence mechanism that those with superior minds have as an aid to survival. This is my belief and as you are aware I am a graduate in Pharmacology which included Behavioural Pharmacology. I never had to struggle to control my paranoia therefore, it came naturally to me. I coped with the 1500 criminal anonymous emails and dealt with the email imposters who usurped my name and email account to send the email that you have on the subject title of your correspondence. Such criminals are easy for me to deal with.
I hope this is clear.

Hello Shantanu,
It is very clear from what you write to us that you are not only acknowledging but also struggling to live with the destructive effects that overwhelming paranoia is having on your life. You show great courage.
Can you tell us a little more about yourself in terms of the journey you have taken to reach where you are now. Has paranoia always been a mental health issue that you have struggled to control? Have there been times when you have felt it less intrusive, and if there have, is there anything you did to make it that way?
Coping strategies can be hard to find and our hope is that by talking with us you will be able to find the way through your fear to a point where there is the chance that confidence and hope will return.
Stay safe and know that we are here to listen.
Jo
