Your second thoughts are irrelevant. The Court of Central London had one hour this morning from 9.00 am to 10 am to contact me. This it failed to do so that matter has gone to the Speaker of the House of Commons to reprimand Mr Boris Johnson for 3 years of inadequate supervision of the Ministry of Justice through appropriate legislation to clarify the procedures of when a Circuit Judge was to be appointed, and since the Civil Appeals Office was informed by Cherie of the impending proceedings, the Court of Appeal has also not got involved in the matter.
There is an important rule in legal proceedings, namely that Justice Delayed is Justice Denied. After 24 years of not seeing my severance payment from the University of Greenwich of £55,000, £10,000 from Shell-UK and also from Sainsburys and an unlimited amount from Tesco Ltd, plus the damage and compensation due to me from the racist attitudes that led to Master Eastman of the High Court Queens Bench Division striking out a Case without any Defence being submitted by Kent Police to the dozen counts of hate crime and protecting criminals who obstructed justice and perverted the course of justice against me such as the 55 Lawyers and Law Firms including Mr Forz Khan himself, Wordpress, the National Health Service for which I demanded £5 million to be awarded to me, I am not now going to get involved in any legal proceedings for it is quite clear from my correspondence with the Indian Government that the denial of my asylum application to India, the rejection of a Person of Indian Origin Card, and the denial of the 6 months of Visa that I sought were all part of the international conspiracy to discredit and defame me: see the attached: Correspondence on Facebook with ShitikanthSingh A18Nov2021 on India Visa Appliction.docx.

Don't know if your shadowing the Geneva office is being done from London, or if you are actually there. This exposure of Nick Parfitt is, well, amusing. Hard to say how it'll pan out, though. When exactly was Forz Khan first approached by your 'client'? Is FK willing to kind of back-date it to Dec or Jan? Legal advice short of formal rep will be adequate, but the dback is that NP had no way of knowing.
While the judgment can be set aside, NP escapes sanction....
Have you made the matter clear, does SP understand it isn't that Khan represented a client before NP, which would be of no significance, and 0 grounds for recusal, but instead that FK, a colourful gent himself, was the Claimant and that NP's judgment was later rightly called into question. How fools like NP are elevated to the bench is anybody's guess. But he is head shoulders and torso above the Clown Barry Lightman. However, a sobering development. This source is not always the most reliable, but I heard that his local 'service', one of the most corrupt, may be planning to plant a sufficient quantity of Class A from their insecure locker in his house, during some visit, to later support a charge of possession with intent to supply. This could be a reaction to whatever it is SP has stumbled upon. He really shouldn't be even considering leaving the country or his house unattended. I am tempted to leak the whole thing to an anti-Est paper. It's too complex for the Mirror so a broadsheet, say The Observer or The Guardian? I'd say SP would be over the moon with the publicity attendant on such exposure.
If FK's discretion could be relied upon, I'd buy him a beer the next time I'm in the Square Mile.
