Dialled 01634 830 232 at 10.40 am 17 December 2021 and I spoke with Oliver. We discussed the issues including my correspondence with Kerry Vant and Ms Macklin of the North Kent Magistrates Court. I said that I had been corresponding with the Police but they are not replying to my emails. My life has been in limbo since September 2021. I was arrested on 24 November for Harassment or Stalking that the Police is alleging.Ms Macklin wrote to meCould you please confirm what time of appointment you are requesting at the Magistrates’ Court? I gave the time of 24 December to 27 December and then clarified the time of 10.00 am.
I just wanted to keep the Magistrates Court informed so that I do not appear to be hiding any information or being manipulative. If I have done anything wrong than of course I have to pay the penalty for it. If someone could phone me back or reply to the emals that would be most useful. It is regarding an appointment at Medway Magistrates Court next week the 24 of December to 27 December. I just wish to put this behind me one way or the other. He said He could not access my emails right away but if you have sent it it will be dealt with. He asked me to phone back later this afternoon or on Monday the 24th December. Will it be a telephone or remote or face to face appointment I asked. He said you can request a remote appointment.
