Dear Mrs Marecheau

I will prepare the Appellants Notice to District Jightmans Order dated 21 June 2021 now and submit it to the Court of Appeal this afternoon or tomorrow as the existing Appeal under the Court of Appeals consideration has been taken Account of in this Order and Judgment of the Court of Central London.

Please let me know immediately what the extra Court Fee is that I need to pay the HMCTS given that I paid £100 towards this Appeal already at the end of June 2021 by cheque in the post.

Thank you.

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

To

The Central London County Court

Civil Appeals Registry

Dear Sirs

I just telephoned the Court three times to try and obtain an update on this Claim and could not speak to anyone being held in the queue with 60 other callers before me.

I have submitted numerous emails to the Court since 19 June 2021 concerning the Pre-Trial Hearing of 21 June 2021 arising from HHJ Parfitt earlier in the year, and the only Hearing that took place was the replacement of the Circuit Judge with a District Judge by the name of Lightman who addressed only the issue of the Costs that was applied by the Defendant of £4170 and endorsed by this Judge.

The Appeal has therefore not been addressed as yet on the striking out of the Case and I am continued to be harassed by unsolicited emails to make matters worse.

I wish to petition Her Majesty the Queen again for this lack of an appropriate consideration to my Claim on E35YM660, and would like you to tell me the mechanism available through HMCTS to access the supervision of the Monarch as a Last Resort given the consistent failures of the Service to address the violation of my human rights to establish that I am a second-class citizen not entitled to British Nationality and Citizenship. The response should incoporate the Judgement on whether my British Passport is still valid under the Naturalisation of 1984. Hence this email is being copied to the Home Secretary Right Honourable Priti Patel.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi (Caimant)
