Dear Sirs
Please refer to the attached correspondence from the Master at the Court of Appeal FrCivilAppealsREgistry(CourtofAppeal)3Nov2021, concerning the attached Appellants Notice for which I have paid £100 Court Fee as long back as in the 4th week of June 2021 to the Central London County Court in relation to the n161-eng-1CourtofAppeal.pdf also attached.
This official Appellant's Form that was brought to the attention of the Civil Appeal's Registry for the Court of Appeals consideration because no action was taken by the Circuit Judge at the Central London County Court on it before or since its submission was seeking Directions on what the next course of action should be for me as the Appellant, if not at the Court of Appeal.
Instead, the Civil Appeals Registry has drawn my attention to the Master's Ruling at the Court of Appeal as follows:
''I further refer to your email of 30th October 2021 (sent at 02.41). The email does not seek assistance with procedure or practice in the Court of Appeal and does not relate to any proposed application to this Court. It is abusive and threatening in nature. The Civil Appeals Office will not be responding to that email. Any further emails of this nature will receive neither reply nor acknowledgement."
I strongly deny having sent any such email to the Civil Appeals Registry for the Master's consideration and so would therefore be grateful if you would kindly forward to me a copy of this email so that the individual Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) can be identified by Kent Police to enable me file an Appeal against the Master's Directions with the Senior Master at the Court of Appeal or at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom as the procedures allow me to pursue.
Thank you for an immediate reply
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
