Dear Marie Prentice
Thank you very much for your email of 13.29 pm hours today concerning the Permission to Appeal District Judge Lightman's Order dated 21 June 2021 (attached: CentralLondonCountyCourtOrder 21 June 2021.pdf), served on me around 8 July 2021 after I had paid the cost ordered by the Judge to the Defendant, the Cabinet Office. I accept this email to state that the Permission to Appeal has been granted by the Court - please advise me immediately if this is not the case, so that I do not spend time and money preparing the skeleton argument again for service on the Defendants and for the Court's Consideration. Please also advise me if any additional Court Fee is required to be paid by me for the reconsideration of the proceedings as applied for in my email of 23 September 16.12 hours.
My wife and I have discussed your email and she has left it to me solely to pursue the matter now because the Court did not meet the deadline of 5.00 pm on Friday last for an email reply to my submission.
The other point that you should bear in mind at this point is that I have been banned from sending emails to third parties as these have been interpreted as harassment by me and I was interrogated to this effect by Kent Police who have not made up their mind as whether I had committed such an offence.
As soon as I receive acknowledgement of this email I will comply with the requirement but as I am not legally represented in any way, shape of form, please let me know the deadline by which I am required to furnish the information that you have requested and I will then get on with the task of preparing my Case against District Judge's Lightman's Order.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
