This is to confirm that i have received the £39 Membership Fee that I paid for trying to rejoin the Conservative Party.
I so had to redouble my efforts to create my own Conservative Party and this afternoon it has been successful as attached:

Your Local Conservative Association, Gillingham and Rainham, has the right to decline your membership under the terms and conditions printed on the website and membership forms that come via Conservative Campaign Headquarters.
The conditions state that:
1. Application for membership of the Conservative Party on-line through the Party's website (www.conservatives.com) or via Conservative Campaign Headquarters (4 Matthew Parker Street, London, SW1H 9HQ) is subject to review by the Party and its Constituency Associations before final approval. Final approval of on-line or central applications, or non-approval, will be communicated to the applicant in writing as soon as possible after the application is made.
Your payment has been refunded on the 29/10/2025 to payment method used to join, it may take a few working days to appear on your account.

Dear Colleagues in Conservative Party
I received the attached letter in the post this morning Letter Conservatives Declining Membership.pdf that I thought could be a State-organised terrorism on me through miscreants as it was not accompanied with the £39 undertaking to refund my Membership Fee nor was any explanation provided on what grounds the Local Membership objected to my resuming my long standing membership of the Conservative and Unionist Party that I took a break from to study and sort out the Constitution of the United Kingdom.
Kindly reconsider this matter urgently taking into account the linked evidence of victimisation and persecution on me:
