1. Thank you for the Commission's rapid preliminary assessment of the Universal Balance Party for Global Welfare (UBP_GW). I have not opted to pay by cheque as you misunderstand - this a Free application in accordance with the legislation applicable. The Commission had rejected the terms Conservative and Libertarian in the first submission of Conservative Libertarian Party so a different name had to be conjured up which encapsulated the same principles. These were clearly set out in the attachment Constitution that I had sent the Commission that you have now responded to.
2. Notwithstanding, if there are grounds that the Commission now has for not awarding us this Free application, but upon consideration of the printed version of the Application you have clearly stated that: ''I note a number of the issues previously raised with you remain outstanding. I would strongly advise that you ensure all issues outlined in our decision have been addressed before you resubmit''; kindly reopen the PEF website so that the referred-to revisions can be made online and the applications then resubmitted online with the payment of £150 Registration Fee.
3. Secondly, the reintroduction of the Free Application for THE BALANCE PARTY is now complete and all we need to do is to recruit a Treasurer and a Campaigns Officer who should be resident of the United Kingdom and not an overseas national according to our concerned-understanding which would be difficult for us. Please therefore specifically clarify these points.

1.A shown here the Free application for the replacement of the Conservative Libertarian Party was duly completed incorporating the issues that had not yet been clarified to me under my request for appropriate and comprehensive clarifications which therefore had to be left alone pending the formal assessment process of the Commission this time round; including of what has been done to try and rectify the previous errors (in the Section marked 'FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF UBP-GW Previous Comments of ELECTORAL COMMISSION ACCOMMODATED:' and in The Financial Scheme both of which are hereby attached:
(a) ConstitutionofUniversalBalancePartyforGlobalWelfareRevised_23 February2026.docx; and
(b) in the FinancialSchemeofUniversalBalancePartyforGlobalWelfare(UBP-GW)23February 2026.docx both of which I have attached here as requiring specific consideration.
