I have an email from the Legal Ombudsman that provided me with a Complaint Form with a Case Number and had written on it that the service provider has 8 weeks from today to let me have a written reply; the Complaint Form together with the Legal Ombudsman’s email I sent to Mr Forz Khan with the essential requirements. He has not immediately started court proceedings as I asked and further said nothing at all about our contractual arrangements with the commitment that I gave him to immediately pay his chambers £3000 as the required and agreed Fee.
