Sunak should stand firm against the Tory tossers Cameron, Osborne and Heseltine as well as Labour gobshites like Burnham and refuse to spend £35 billion on the HS2 leg to Manc. Thanks to lockdown we are now skint. Really skint.

TCLP-UK will go along with this view: it is time to tighten our belts and prioritise spending on essentials that would keep the economy stable and inching upwards. High Capital expenditure on HS2 to Manchester can wait.
