Does the Metropolitan Police have overall control over the Police Forces of England and Wales?
Having failed in my attempts to secure an Injunction against Kent Police under Claim J00ME572 of the Medway County Court to stop the Police from investigating me on false allegations that I had harassed Katrina Sale of the Conservative and Unionist Party and perhaps other unknown allegations, and finding that Kent Police's Professional Standards Department ignored my complaints for internal investigation of the matter with the Independent Office for Police Conduct also refusing to get involved, this morning I deposited a Complaint with the Metropolitan Police against Kent Police (not knowing if this was the correct procedure for such complaints) as attached:
It remains to be seen what the Metropolitan Police has to say about this matter.
