Why governments should not be so manic about 'growth'

I caught sight of this headline from one of the current online magazines but did not have the time or resources to read it.

The Conservative Libertarian Society believes in austerity and limiting one's consumption to the bare minimum not just to save the planet from over-exploitation of natural resources but also because lower food consumption is a healthier option preventing obesity and other stress related ailments.

From demand led macroeconomic management to supply-led management is what has happened to the world during the past 30 years with the globalisation playing a big part in the transfer of goods and resources across the world. We need to get back to demand-led development with each country being responsible for its own management without outside interference in terms of alliances and other forms to relationships.

So I would like to welcome you into my Conservative Libertarian Socialites Unit with this invitation to join me in a peaceful mission to try and make the United Kingdom an even better place to live in for ourselves, our children and grandchildren than it already is.

Our structures of government are currently too rigid and inflexible in having political parties who squabble among themselves to see who gets into power at Westminster and in the local Councils in a game partly funded by Members of the Parties and Donors and partly funded by the taxpayer. The moral principles that should be adhered to in government is paid scant regard.

During the course of my research studies spanning nearly 6 decades, I have found that basing one's direction of travel as a person and as a nation on human instincts of truth, justice and democracy at the heart gives us a radical formula for the developing an ideal Society. I have dotted the i's and crossed the 't's in the formulation of one such Society that I have named The Conservative Libertarian Society; the term Conservative not just means to conserve and preserve the natural environment, biodiversity including human beings, it also denotes the belief that we have a Personal God in our psyche by whichever name one wishes to use to call this Entity (Allah, Krishna, Jesus, Jehovah, etc). The term Libertarian means that we believe that all humans should be allowed to be free in liberty that is moulded through education into a peaceful way of life and with total entrepreneurship to develop society in industry, business, science, technology, agriculture and so on. If you wish to talk about this philosophy I am available to do so.

Further to my thank you for connecting with me; on this hopefully historic morning when I secured my first Member of the Conservative Libertarians (UK), now is not the time to shy away from the important task that we have for the United Kingdom as also for the world. Your country and the world needs you to save the planet and its inhabitants from premature extinction.

We need moral politics for that change to happen. This politics needs to be based on adherence to truth, justice and democracy within the country of one’s residence and in comradeship with the rest of the global society.
