Dear Sirs
For over a decade I have taken out Cases against Kent Police under HQ17X01773 and J00ME572; and against the Prime Minister under E35YM660 both also being privately prosecuted all to no avail. I was instead required to pay the costs of the Defendants of £4170.
Would this Tweet be the correct assessment then?

In the United Kingdom no civilian can successfully litigate or privately prosecute the Police or the Prime Minister because they are the State and so unanswerable to the Courts in terms of jurisdictions to challenge their decisions: that represents the Constitution.
